Virtual Service Contract
Contactless Support via FaceTime or Video Chat
We have introduced a new Virtual Service Contract to more efficiently troubleshoot many technology problems via FaceTime or Video Chat. For many common issues, we can walk you through the diagnostic steps and help you fix the problem without anyone entering your home. However, we know that a lot of our work, especially installations, must be done in person. Therefore, we have instituted the following health and safety measures for our technicians when entering your home.
Health and Safety Measures
Before entering your home, every technician has thoroughly washed their hands. Hand sanitizer is being kept on every truck and technicians are entering your home wearing gloves.
All of our staff is refraining from handshaking and is keeping a 6’ distance when interacting others.
We are refraining from touching anything in your home not necessary to our work, and disinfectant wipes are being used on any electronics that have been handled.
We are frequently cleaning both the interior and exterior of our vehicles, as well as all tools.
We ask that if you or any other resident is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, that you let us know. We thank you for your business and are committed to providing you with outstanding service.
