At about 4:45PM on Saturday, April 7, I
figured out that the bulb in my Sony TV had
died. Sony Customer Service gave me a
phone number for Westfair TV. When I
called, I was greeted by a very nice salesman.
He explained about the bulb and said he was
closing at 5PM. When I told him I was in
Oxford, he mentioned West Haven might be
closer where he resided. He did the
transaction using a credit card and gave me
directions to his home where I could meet him
and take the bulb. What a home run! You
are very lucky to have an employee like Dan.

I just had to tell you that I can not believe
the picture on the new TV. We don't have
HD yet and I can't stop looking at it in

The big box stores could care less about

installed almost two years ago. I also really
like the new remote and the high end Sony
Blue Ray we upgraded to a year ago. When I
play a blue ray disk the TV is the best!

Alisa and I would like to take a moment to

purchasing our Home Theater. We had
quite a large crowd of family and friends
to celebrate Alisa's "Kentucky Derby"
theme birthday party and your successful
effort to deliver and install our system as

Dear Glenn,
On September 12th Andy was at our
home to do a little tune up of our Sony
TV Home Theater and our audio system.
It is now 7 ½ years later and with Andy’s
help, this system is still perfect. I look
forward to ending my day, remote in
hand and in my overstuffed chair. You
may recall that we purchase this
incredible system as part of Alisa’s 50th
birthday present. The system was
installed just 2 days before her Kentucky
Derby birthday party thanks to your
great crew. I am writing to tell you how
important it is to me that 7 ½ years later
Andy, Greg and Mark are still part of
your sales, installation and service
team. I know that the people in my home
are the ones who did the install 7 ½
years ago and they know their stuff.
Thank you for being the person who
does what it takes to keep your staff of
professionals. As a business owner, I
know how hard it is to do this. Your
Westfair service department is more
important to me than any ½ price sale
offered by the Big Box stores. It’s
amazing that quite a few are no longer in
business 7 1/2 years later. If anyone has
any doubts about the value Westfair
offers, please feel free to use my name
